The apartment I rented was Mr. Boglattio's, and I’d warn others away. The appliances didn't work, the place was filthy, nails were sticking up from the floor, and the curtains were rotten. When I asked for explanations, he was capable of threatening me. I felt it was a scam and very dangerous. Avoid it at all costs.
