Ambre - Adults only

The birthday cake the team brought out as a surprise was such a thoughtful touch and made my day. I also want to thank Chef Kelley for the delicious dishes, all beautifully presented and full of flavor, and Madame Kaman and Joanito for their hard work in the kitchen. Ben, our waiter, was attentive, friendly, and smiling throughout the evening, which made us feel comfortable. Ravi, the Restaurant Manager, showed excellent leadership and attention to detail, and Nicoletta from Guest Relations was kind and professional, making sure things went smoothly from the start. Thank you, Ambre Hotel team, for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I had a wonderful visit and would gladly return and recommend the hotel.

The bar service was the worst part of my stay. Even though I was on an all-inclusive package, it felt as if the staff didn't care about guests on that plan. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a drink, went back to remind them, then waited another 15 minutes before it arrived. I was shocked by how poor the service was. The restaurant and reception teams were the bright spot. They were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and deserve credit for their professionalism. The room, on the other hand, was extremely old and seemed never to have been renovated. It badly needs work and fell far below what I'd expect at a four-star resort. Some staff were great, but the dated room and awful bar experience ruined the stay for me. Rating: 1/5.

Mr. Avi, the chef, made delicious scrambled tofu for my husband, who is vegan, and that made him very happy. We also enjoyed Mr. Ravi's friendliness and especially his jokes. Samantha, Ursule, Nicolleta, and Diksha from the restaurant, along with the Ti Bar team, were attentive and helpful. Mrs. Rose made our wedding anniversary feel special by arranging a lovely room decoration and a cake. She made sure we had what we needed, and it was a thoughtful surprise. Mr. Singh was also warm and welcoming and helped us feel at ease from the beginning. We're grateful to everyone for making our stay and anniversary so memorable.

Viren looked after our breakfast needs, and all our tables were set up neatly. Nicoletta and Rose were lovely hosts and helped us throughout the stay. At the bar, Khushi was patient taking our orders, even with a group of around 16, and the drinks were nice.
