The restaurants were the one part that didn't quite meet the rest of the resort's high standard. The service there was excellent, but the food quality, choice, and overall dining experience could be better. Stronger restaurant offerings would bring Long Beach close to perfect. The resort has a relaxed, elegant, welcoming feel that seems suited to families and couples alike. The facilities are beautiful, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the views breathtaking, and the beachfront incredible. Everything was kept to a very high standard, and it felt like a five-star stay. The people made the holiday especially memorable. Everyone we met, from reception and housekeeping to beach attendants and waiters, was warm, professional, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Elvis, Mevin and Dhiraj from tides for their kindness and dedication. They were the best. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Thanks to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable.

This was our second visit to Long Beach Resort, and it felt like coming home. We had another unforgettable family holiday, with consistently high standards for service, food, and cleanliness. Every staff member made us feel welcome and valued. Kumar and the Shores Bar team made our evenings memorable with their warmth, atmosphere, and service. Vini and the Pool Bar crew kept the days fun and refreshing, full of laughter. Lyndon, Preetesh, and the whole Beach Squad brought great energy and attention to our beach days. Many more people across the resort and restaurants looked after us like family, and we're grateful. Dolores from Customer Experience also deserves a special mention for her care and attention. We'll absolutely be back. Thank you for making our family trip special again.

The massage was deeply relaxing, and the spa had a calm, welcoming feel from the moment I arrived. Camila, Mela, and Tahiril helped make it such a great experience. Neha, Jenny, Manav, and Virgine from the restaurant team were also welcoming, chatted with us warmly, and served delicious food. I'd highly recommend this package if you need to unwind.

This was my third visit to the hotel, and I'll be back again soon. Mrs Reshma at the Spa arranged everything so perfectly, and Chef Ritesh at the restaurant made mouthwatering dishes. We came for a day pass to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was a lovely day. The package included a spa massage and lunch, and both were beyond our expectations. The massage was wonderfully relaxing, with skilled therapists and a peaceful atmosphere where we could unwind. Lunch was delicious, beautifully presented, and served attentively. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and the staff were warm, professional, and clearly cared about making the day memorable. Thanks to the team for helping us make such lovely memories. I'd recommend this as a relaxing getaway or a special way to celebrate, and we will definitely return.
