Hennessy Park Hotel

The spa was the best part for me. I had the best massage of my life, and the relaxation sessions were pure bliss. The spa team were attentive, professional and amazing. Thanks to them for making the weekend so memorable. We’ll definitely come back. We also really enjoyed the sushi restaurant. The chef said they were short-staffed that day, but the whole team still showed how much care they put in. The rooms were spotless, modern and cozy. From arrival, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles, which made us feel at home right away. A wonderful, relaxing weekend with good food and heartfelt service.

Everyone was charming, warm and helpful, one person better than the next. Bradley, Tarun and several others were fantastic, though I’ve lost the paper with the rest of their names. The GM deserves credit for getting the hospitality message across through every staff member. Fantastic experience. I’ll stay again, 100%.

Mrs. Barbara was so sweet and helped arrange the Honeymoon Decor, and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful too. The gala dinner was amazing. Our room was big and had a nice view, and the hotel is centrally located in Mauritius with all the essentials nearby. The staff were polite and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, and the restaurants were good overall. But the holiday service wasn’t good. The spa was closed, reception was very slow, and our room still hadn’t been made up by 2 pm. Dinner on December 31 was supposed to be included, yet we were charged an extra 3000 RP. There’s no minibar, and the coffee in the room is Nescafé instant. The hotel is outside Port Luis in a business area with no view. The pool and terrace weren’t anything special.
