The rooftop was a lovely place to sit and watch bats and a few deer moving through the park. The apartment itself is beautiful, and having the pool was a real plus. We stayed five nights and found communication with everyone involved fantastic. We arrived earlier than planned, left our bags while the team got the apartment ready, and went for a walk. They called when it was ready, showed us around, then left us to enjoy it on our own. Our balcony looked onto the street, which was mostly quiet apart from the occasional dog barking and bullfrogs at night. We couldn't hear them indoors. Each room has its own air conditioning; at night we only ran the lounge unit and left the bedroom doors open, which was enough. We slept in the back bedroom and had no trouble with light, even getting a good lie-in one morning. The front bedroom does let some light in, as other reviews mention, but it didn't sound excessively bright in the morning. The streets are a bit dark and uneven, though the beach is only five minutes away and the restaurants and bars are about a 15-minute walk. I'd recommend it to anyone planning a self-catering trip.

From the roof terrace there's a marvelous view, and deer pass by each evening where you can see them from the room balcony. Apartment 103 was great value for the price. There are two local supermarkets nearby, as well as the bus stop by the Zub Express. A highly recommended base for organising your own trip around Mauritius.

The rooftop pool and balcony are big bonuses, and there's free secure parking and WiFi. The apartment has a modern feel and is well furnished and equipped, with shops, town and beach close by. The TV has Netflix and other apps too, which is handy if you're travelling with children. A great choice for anyone organising their own trip to Mauritius.

The apartment is right at the far end of Flic en Flac, where the beach is less pretty, and it takes a long drive to head south, including about 20 minutes just to get out of Flic en Flac. The pool could use more room for sunbathing. The blinds are badly thought out, so sunrise will wake you, and it's pretty lame that the garage can't be opened without the remote.

The rooftop pool view is hypnotic and relaxing, and you can spot animals walking near the apartment balcony. The place looks nice and quiet, with modern apartments, working air conditioning and parking underneath.
