The shared living room at J'vais residence has plenty to do if you’re staying in, including board games and arcade games. I found the place cozy, spacious, and lively, and the bedrooms comfortable. The kitchen and wifi were on point, and the property felt very secure. It’s in a convenient spot in flic en flac: you can walk to the beach and cascavelle shopping mall, and there’s a park near the university within walking distance too. I’d highly recommend staying here. The host was kind and quick to respond, and sometimes came by in person to check that things were going smoothly and see if he could help.

The room was clean and spacious, with new furnishings. It’s in a quiet spot, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, and the mountain view is amazing.

We had a real pleasure staying here as a couple. J'Vais residence has a very spacious private room, ideal for two, with a layout designed for comfort. The bathroom was modern and efficient, and the shower had hot water with good pressure. There’s access to a rooftop where we watched the sunset with drinks. The common area has a well-equipped kitchen available around the clock, and we also met two other lovely couples staying there.

We had a confirmed Booking.com reservation made months ahead and paid for ten days before arrival. The night before we were due to arrive, the property canceled it without giving a reason. Booking.com offered a refund, but we had to find somewhere else at the last minute. If you want to avoid an unpleasant surprise, don’t book here.

We paid for a room on Booking.com ten days before arriving, after booking well in advance. The establishment canceled our reservation the night before our stay. This place seems shady, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
