Our apartment was number 10. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were fine. There was also a balcony with chairs. But the old sofa in the living area sank in when you sat on it, and the air conditioning didn't work in either room. One important tip: taxi drivers may not recognize the name Paradaya beach apartments. The fence says IMMEUBLE RAYON VERT, avenue des Tourtereaux. Once you find it, the beach is just across the road, which was great.

The location right by the beautiful Flic-en-Flac beach was ideal, and the apartment was spacious and competitively priced. Hygiene could have been better, and the utensils were dated. Netflix was listed as available, but it worked only about half the time. Even with those issues, I would recommend the place.

The outside and pool area could use some work, but the apartment itself was a good deal and sits on what I think is the prettiest stretch of Flic en Flac Beach. The sea is about 100 metres away, and there are plenty of amenities: a well-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms with working air conditioning, a washing machine, a pleasant bathroom, a safe and a large balcony. Parking is on site, with security around the clock. The photos don't do it justice. I'd happily recommend staying here. Feel free to ask me anything. Four stars for the value and location.
