Very bad experience. The place is old, leaky and dirty, with a bad smell in the rooms. There were cockroaches flying around, mold on the furniture, and blankets that smelled bad. We paid a lot, so at least we expected a decent place. On top of all that, there was no electricity. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A quiet, pleasant place. I think it's better than most of the other residences around here, and I can recommend it.

A nice, cool place to unwind with the family. The swimming pool is the best part.

A nice spot for relaxing. The beach is close by, and there's a shopping mall nearby too.
