There are coconut trees, parking, and security in a nice area. It's a two-storey building, and the complex has its own swimming pool.

I stayed in one of the apartments and liked the location. Bars, restaurants, and the beach are about a 10-minute walk away. There are two good, clean swimming pools. I'd stay here again.

We booked 18 nights, but now we just want to leave. We don't feel welcome or comfortable, and the place is so dirty that we won't use the pool. This feels like a huge betrayal and shows no respect for paying guests. Don't book here. The air smelled awful, and the air conditioners were very loud. The one in our room didn't work. Furniture was sticky, dirty, old, and moldy, with mold on walls and in corners. There was hair and rubbish around, and the sinks still had leftovers from other guests. The kitchen was filthy and untidy, the towels stank, and there were random packages and broken items lying about. The washing machine had mold and flooded the bathroom. When we told the owner, she didn't respond. There's nowhere to dry laundry, and there's only one key for six people with different schedules. The so-called security guard gave us a random key, and we entered the wrong apartment where strangers were staying.

We were very disappointed. The apartment was dirty and in very poor condition, with hair from the previous guest in the bathroom, cockroaches everywhere, and unclean bedsheets. The hallway outside our door was filthy and sticky. The wardrobe was full of broken things, leaving no room for our clothes. The pool wasn't clean despite daily cleaning, and the gym and tennis court were out of order. There was a bad manhole smell at the back of the apartment, and local people playing instruments noisily late at night kept us from sleeping. The security guard was absent much of the day and night. No host came to welcome us; we collected the key from a strange person wearing no security uniform. The host didn't take our complaints into account, and she ran away when she saw us in her car. The apartment was very expensive for such poor service. Dear host, your profile photo doesn't reflect the apartment we rented. Please clean it, greet your guests to check if everything is okay, and get some customer care training.
