Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence Le Clos Du Littoral

The location was a real plus during our six nights at 'Villa Lilou' (H18), inside the gated 'Clos du Littoral'. The island's northern beaches were only a few minutes away, and SuperU and a large shopping center were just around the corner. We managed to see nearly everything the north offers without ever being more than 20 minutes from the villa. WhatsApp communication before and during the stay was quick, competent, and good. It was peaceful and felt private despite being in a gated community, with a lovely heated pool and a modern, attractive villa that looked like the pictures. The pool wasn't essential for our trip, but we enjoyed having it. The local welcome from another lady was fine, though we would have appreciated a warmer greeting and a bit more information about the villa. Some wear is showing in the furniture, including the tables, chairs, couch, and bed. It wasn't a major issue, but it took away from the first impression, and the outdoor area could use an update. The lounger upholstery had a little mold, and the cushions were somewhat dirty. The cleaning was decent but mostly surface level: there were stains on the bedspread, some mold, and cobwebs in the shower. We felt comfortable, but not quite at home. Still, Villa Lilou is beautiful and modern, and we can recommend it. It just has a few things to improve.
