Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury

We stayed for six nights in September, and the hospitality stood out right away. The reception team made us feel welcome, while the restaurant staff were so attentive, cheerful, and professional. I hope management recognizes their contribution to the excellent service. The landscape design was beautiful too, with greenery all around. A couple of things could be improved: the ring bell under our beach umbrella didn't work, and housekeeping could be more attentive. The room was huge, so hair or dirt on the floor could be easy to miss. The staff might keep a closer eye on those details for attentive guests 😀. The welcome champagne was such a nice touch after a very long trip. The local honey gift was a lovely reminder of Mauritius and made us feel cared for.

The beach really stood out, with soft golden sand and clear water. It’s easy to understand why guests return and why so many team members have stayed for years. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived. Everyone was warm and seemed to take real pride in their work. The food was excellent, with a broad menu and tasty daily specials, and service stayed impeccable. There are plenty of facilities and fitness options; I especially recommend the spa and Reiki treatment. Royal Palm Beachcomber gave us a memorable stay, and it’s a beautiful resort.

The beach and heated pools were stunning, and the barbecue made for a great finish to the getaway. We also really enjoyed the room service meals, which were top quality, and the fish of the day with mash was delicious. The welcome set a lovely tone: my wife was greeted with flowers when we arrived. The staff were professional and friendly throughout, and made us feel at home.

The suite made a strong impression, spacious and beautifully designed, with lovely sea views, fine linens, and fresh flowers. Meals were a pleasure every time, and the staff were gracious and attentive. We also found the spa peaceful, and the personal service made us feel special. Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury sits on a gorgeous stretch of beach with calm turquoise water and a feeling of privacy. From arrival, the atmosphere was elegant and the service impeccable. It’s a tranquil, luxurious place with timeless charm. We can’t wait to come back.
