The beds were comfortable, but that was about the only positive. We booked a double delux room based on the misleading photos, and were given one room with a double bed for two adults and two kids. The area wasn't very nice either, and the elevators in the basement could be accessed from the street. There was only a TV in the room, with no kettle or coffee facilities. We were only there one night because of rescheduled flights, and the place was near the airport. I don't recommend it.

The place was far too dirty, and they weren't honest with us. We had booked another hotel under the same owner to wait for our night flight, but they said its facilities had been broken by a cyclone and suggested this hotel instead. When I asked reception how much a trip to the airport would cost, they quoted 1000Rs and said they could arrange a taxi. I was surprised by the high price, so we booked one ourselves. It cost just 500Rs.

The room key card called this “your ultimate destination for luxury accommodation,” which was almost funny given how far from the truth that felt. Their website advertised it as 4*, but I wouldn't give it even one. The photos were edited, and I felt conned. I'd booked 15 nights and didn't stay even one.

Poor. The photos online don't match what we got.
