The staff were incredibly kind, and the spacious rooms were comfortable, clean, and well kept. I stayed in one of the penthouse apartments, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is among the island's best, with boats moored along the shore and stunning views of the islands north of Mauritius. The units are privately owned and professionally managed by LOV. We even met one of the owners from Scotland, who was very friendly. Having a rental car made exploring easy, though you could manage on foot, by taxi, or by local bus. The water stays very shallow for a long way, so if you want to swim in deeper sea water, you'll need to walk out a bit. We'd love to return.

We were a family of seven and stayed in the Penthouse in July 2024. The outdoor space was amazing, and the apartment was super clean and fully equipped. Both rooms have beautiful sea views. Booking it was one of our best decisions. Just keep in mind there's no lift.

The location is nice, but the penthouse was extremely disappointing for the price. It was very tired and had many problems: only one side of the fridge worked, the stove wouldn't turn off once switched on, and the microwave was broken. The lounge was filthy and stained. The safe wouldn't open, and the bathroom cupboard was so warped it wouldn't open either. The toilet roll holder had come off the wall, leaving the roll on the floor. The beds were painfully hard, so we tried putting layers of sheets on them to make them more comfortable. The balcony floor had peeled so badly that the whole area looked infected. These conditions were unacceptable. Nobody should have to put up with them.
