We were made to feel comfortable and well looked after from the moment we arrived at Casuarina Resort & Spa. Khushbu and Ashley deserve a special mention for their polite, friendly and attentive service. They went above and beyond, offering prompt help and genuine care. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by nature, so it’s a lovely spot to relax away from the bustle. There was a good range of food, and the dishes were tasty and well prepared, with something for everyone. It all added to a memorable stay. Casuarina Resort & Spa brings together comfort, warm hospitality, good meals and a serene location. We’d highly recommend it and would love to return.

Dinner at Mr. Steeve’s Restaurant was wonderful, with excellent food, drinks and service. Chef Mr. Kendy’s dishes were full of rich, memorable flavours and beautifully presented. You can tell he puts real skill and passion into the cooking. Rogen, the bar manager, also made the evening better with well-made drinks and a friendly, professional manner. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in, and the staff treated us with genuine hospitality. I’d definitely recommend the restaurant and will be coming back.

We had a very pleasant family holiday, and the service was excellent. Sanjay and steeve, the managers, made sure we had a great dining experience. The food selection was good, though it could definitely be improved. The grounds looked lovely, with green spaces and white buildings, and the ducks made the scenery even nicer. I’d recommend it for a good family break.

The people made our memorable stay at Casuarina Resort & Spa. From arrival, the welcome was warm and genuine, and the team made us feel at ease. Mr Steeve, who is responsible for the restaurant, was professional and attentive throughout. He greeted guests, checked on every table and made sure we were satisfied, always ready to help with a smile without being intrusive. His dedication to hospitality really showed. We also enjoyed delicious food and plenty of variety at every meal. Chef Kendy and his team clearly put care into each dish, making dining one of the best parts of our stay. The F&B Manager deserves credit for keeping the department organised and maintaining such a high level of hospitality. The team seems to share a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Casuarina Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations, especially because of its people. A heartfelt thanks to Mr Steeve for making our stay so special.
