The rooms with private pools are stunning, spacious, stylish, and well equipped. Breakfast has a very good buffet selection, and the lunch and dinner menu suits a smaller hotel, with plenty of seafood and meat plus a few local dishes. I regularly chose the local dishes and found them very tasty. This is a lovely, well-maintained boutique hotel, very clean, with a nice pool and a small beach. The beach water is unfortunately too shallow for swimming, but beautiful public Mont Choisy beach is only a five-minute walk away. The main pool is quite large for a boutique hotel and has a beautiful sea view. Service was okay on the whole. One receptionist could have been more welcoming, though the other was very polite and friendly. Within walking distance there's a great souvenir shop, a small supermarket, and a very nice coffee shop.

I had an amazing birthday here on a day pass. We got a garden villa with a private pool, and it was a perfect setting for the celebration, with total privacy and beautiful surroundings. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredible. They made me feel welcome and looked after from start to finish. I loved every minute and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We had a great 12 days at Wonders Beach Boutique and would happily stay again on our next Mauritius visit. Some days we didn't leave the hotel at all, just enjoyed the pool and beach. There's everything you need there, and the staff were so accommodating. The food and service were brilliant, and manager Anil always went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. Thanks also to Rohan at the bar for keeping our glasses full. The groundsman worked hard every day to keep the place beautiful, and everyone was friendly. The location is handy too. With a car, Grand Baie and Pereybere are a short drive away for beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Without a car, Mont Choisey or Trou aux Biches are a short walk away, with good beaches and restaurants there too.

The service was horrible, the wifi extremely slow, and the food really bad. They didn't understand English, including when I tried to explain that I couldn't have gluten. I asked for help with the slow wifi, but they didn't understand and didn't want to help. The fridge in our room still had the previous guests' food in it, which was DISGUSTING! I can't believe this is meant to be a 5-star hotel. It should be 2, maybe 3 stars max. The 'private beach' barely exists, and the 'spa' and 'gym' were really bad too. Seriously disappointed, since we could have got a much better hotel for the same money. Such a scam.

We had a wonderful day at Wonders Beach Boutique hotel today. We booked a day package with a garden villa and pool, and celebrated my boyfriend's birthday with a surprise the hotel organised. The service was lovely, the staff were very welcoming, and the food was good. It was a really relaxing place with plenty of privacy. Thank you so much, @wonders Beach Boutique hotel.
