The setting is nice, with parking, clean air-conditioned rooms, and an awesome swimming pool and location. But customer service, restaurant service and the quality and range of the food let it down. If you stay here, bring your own drinks. There are some pretty good restaurants around by the beach.

Kantee was especially helpful, drawing accurate maps to places to visit. Neetu, Swasti and the rest of the staff were also willing to do whatever they could to make our day, and everyone was accommodating. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the place was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts weren't that great, but our experience as a whole was amazing.

The beauty of this hotel made for an amazing stay. Just keep in mind that there was no room service, which I'm used to as an Indian guest, and the landline in our room wasn't working. It's worth considering those things before booking.

It's a beautiful hotel with affordable rates for residents, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay. Guests have to get their own snacks and drinks, which may be inconvenient, and the restaurant facilities need improvement. Customer service is poor. Even so, the stay is enjoyable.

The hotel is in a quiet area close to the beach, a supermarket and restaurants. I've found the rooms satisfactory so far, apart from the Superior Bedroom, which I wasn't particularly happy with because it lacked proper window tiles. I prefer tiles that let natural light in during the day while still giving privacy from outside. Service from the senior staff, who've been at the hotel for many years, is excellent. They're professional and kind, and I always look forward to seeing them on future visits. The newer staff could learn from their warm smiles, kindness and genuine courtesy.
