That one star is for the security guard, who was helpful and got us a taxi. At check-in, we were told our reservation had been cancelled, even though it hadn’t. We then spent two hours on the phone with Booking.com before management approved a refund. After an 11-hour flight, we had to find another hotel at 10pm. The hotel could have contacted us ahead of time. Worst experience, never again.

The view was beautiful, and I liked my passion juice with strawberry syrup. The place itself is lovely, but the staff ruined the whole experience and our wedding anniversary celebration. I live a long way away and went before my baby was born because I was craving seafood and beef. The food had no taste and service was very slow. The staff didn't know the menu: everything I asked for got a flat no, an “I don't know,” or “I'll speak to the chef and come back,” but nobody ever returned. I'm not going there again.

The gardens were full of birds, which made the place feel like a peaceful little escape. It’s close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants, too. The hotel was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well organized, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed the gym, spa, and large pool, and the massage I had was just what I needed, really relaxing. It felt calm but still lively, and I had a wonderful stay.

The staff made our family holiday a beautiful one. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and went out of their way to arrange a birthday party for my daughter. The waitresses were lovely and made each day feel special. The food was delicious and presented really well. The hotel was clean, neat, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed and more. Thank you to everyone.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but really enjoyed its spa. My husband and I had a couples massage, the best we've experienced so far. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we had a very good massage and facial. Highly recommend.
