Karishma and Deepsing did a wonderful job with housekeeping throughout my stay. Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail were clear every day. Karishma was courteous and meticulous in keeping the room in top condition, while Deepsing was proactive and efficient with support. Together, they made the room feel comfortable and dependable, and their work reflects well on the hotel. I’m grateful for their efforts and for the way they improved my visit.

We felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time, and the view from this beautiful hotel is amazing. The rooms were neat, the food was really good, and the staff were cheerful and helpful. The pool area was also great, with enough space that it didn’t feel crowded. The only little change we’d make is adding some music around the pool. Apart from that, we have nothing negative to say.

The meal was full of flavor and served just right, and the staff were kind, upbeat, and attentive all evening. They helped arrange a surprise birthday celebration for our friend and made the occasion feel extra special. It was a memorable experience with great food and service.

We were there to celebrate my mum’s 75th birthday, and she had a lovely time. The staff in reception and the restaurants made the stay feel special, and everyone we dealt with was polite, helpful, and approachable. The food was freshly made and exceptional, and our ocean view room was spacious and clean. We used the same taxi driver three times, and he was very polite and professional. It’s hard to single out one staff member because the whole team was so good. Thank you so much.
