Radisson Blu Azuri Resort & Spa, Mauritius

Vinay gave us the best check-in I've ever had. He spent nearly an hour showing us around the resort and explaining how everything worked, then kept answering quickly and helping throughout our stay. The unexpected upgrades were a lovely bonus. Kavita from housekeeping was so warm with our little daughter and left her a cute towel doll in the room every day. She loved them. And when a huge huntsman spider appeared in our room, Kajal came straight to help and got rid of it without hesitation. The whole team made us feel at home with their warmth and great service. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well situated, and the stay was wonderful from beginning to end. Thanks to the Radisson Blu Azuri team for looking after us so well. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely come back.

The view was breathtaking and gave the whole stay a bit of magic. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, and every meal was delicious, full of care and flavour. I want to thank everyone who made us feel welcome and looked after. Special thanks to Mr. Ritesh, Chef Carl, and the management team: Mr. Kim, Mr Vishal, Mr. Shivam, Mr. Sandeep, Mr Girish, Mrs nishtah, Mr Ari, Mr kelvin, Mr Adresh, Chef Roshan, Mr ram, and the patisserie for the wonderful cake. The reception staff and all the other team members were kind and went above and beyond for us. Every moment there felt special, and the time we spent was absolutely worth it. This journey meant a lot to us, and the memories will stay close to my heart. Thank you for making it so meaningful. I hope I can return someday.

Rajesh at the bar by the swimming pool was excellent. I spent most of my time there or in the pool, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and ambient music. He recommended the Cyan Mai Thai and the Barman Speciality, and for once I left my usual Blue Lagoon for something different. Krishna also did a great job showing us around the hotel and explaining its features and benefits. My wife booked one all-inclusive night for our wedding anniversary, from 31/01 to 01/02. We had a standard deluxe room with a garden view, room 1706, the one furthest from the main restaurant. I liked the quiet location and the room. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our stay was really good value for money. Mr Vinay, the hotel manager, insisted we take a late check-off, though I still had to leave at 15h00 for the long drive home. It was an amazing experience. I'd recommend it to friends and family and will surely come back.

The hotel's relaxed atmosphere left us with a feeling of comfort and carefree happiness that we still think about. What made it special was how genuinely warm, attentive, and helpful every employee was. We felt at home, even better than at home, and were treated with a level of kindness and care that you can't take for granted these days. We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu in Mauritius, in a beautiful setting. If you're after a relaxing getaway in Mauritius, I'd happily recommend it. It's hard to think of a better sign of a good hotel than still remembering how lovely the time there was.
