I booked a Suzuki Spresso, but they gave me a beat-up Nissan Micra in poor condition instead. When I asked to switch to the car I’d reserved and paid for, the staff member tried to charge me extra. He was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, with no respect or customer care. It was a terrible rental experience, and I’d avoid this company.

I needed two cars for a day and Mr Yasin Fatehmamode charged me Rs3000 for two battered cars, a 2018 suzuki alto and a kia, which I think are probably worth no more than Rs500. When I challenged the price, he said, “si to pa pren li encore bon mem pu moi,” meaning “take it or leave it.” He was arrogant and unprofessional. Do not rent from these people.

I paid 4200 but never got the car I booked. I had to switch cars twice, and the car was very dirty, the brakes failed, and the tires were in terrible condition. It wasn’t safe to drive. Terrible service, and they only care about money. Think of your safety first and never book a car from them.

The communication was good, the price was fair, and the motorbike worked really well. Everything went smoothly when we rented from them, and I’d definitely rent with them again.

Very disappointed. I paid the full rental cost for seven days and put down 1000 rupees as a deposit to book the car. When I returned it, they refused to give my deposit back. Disgusting.
