The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well kept, and the food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The whole place has a refined but relaxed feel, with great company and a lovely vibe. From the moment you arrive, the owner makes you feel valued with a warm, attentive manner. The hospitality was outstanding. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay here for Valentine's was a letdown. We had been promised a romantic experience with balloons and decorations in the room, special meals, and entertainment. When we arrived, the owner said the decorations and entertainment cost extra, which felt misleading and was extremely disappointing. The advertised buffet wasn't a buffet at all. Dinner was one plate, with no salad or entrée, and only water to drink. Breakfast was poor quality too. There were several problems in the room: the air conditioner made strange noises, the TV didn't work, and the pool was extremely dirty. After swimming, my skin felt greasy, as though there was oil on the surface. It clearly wasn't being cleaned and maintained properly. The hotel arranged an outside driver to collect us from the airport, and that driver was lovely and professional. The hotel's own driver was a different story. We were pushed to use him instead of being given the choice of arranging our own transport, and his service was unsatisfactory and overpriced. The owner was disrespectful throughout our stay. This feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel, and it doesn't meet hotel standards for service or quality. The housekeeping staff were friendly and polite, but that was the only positive part of our stay. We won't return. Next time we'll choose a proper hotel with the standards, transparency, and quality service we expect.

The staff were friendly, the owner was humble, and it was nice seeing the owner and team work so well together. The environment was pleasant, the rooms clean, and the food was good. Breakfast and dinner were especially good, with a buffet. Great value for money. Parking is limited, though there are other nearby spaces where you can park. I also would have liked an indoor room bin, as there was only one in the toilet. I'll definitely come back.

From the start, the warm atmosphere made me feel right at home. I had a wonderful experience at Royal Attitude and can't wait to return.
