The hotel staff made it easy to arrange a rental car and different excursions, and the island roads are great, so getting from place to place is straightforward. I would really recommend renting a car. There are gorgeous beaches a short stroll from the hotel, but the beach right beside it was so good that we didn't really need to go anywhere else. We spent 10 days at the Constance Tekoma with our 2-year-old, and it was one of my best holiday experiences in a long time. After taking an 18-month-old to Greece last summer, where we probably hadn't researched the place enough, we were a bit nervous about travelling with a little one. This time, everything was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive and welcoming, and did all they could to make us feel relaxed and at home. The small touches were lovely: every evening the room staff arranged our little one's toys and teddies on her bed. They were also discreet when my husband needed to take work calls in the evening. The restaurant staff were just as brilliant. The food was tasty and varied, with something to suit all tastes, and you could see the care they put into the details. We had a wonderful time and will be back regularly!

From the spa team to guest services, the personal care made our stay special. Chrisnella and Michele gave top-notch massages with skill and warmth, leaving us relaxed and refreshed after every treatment. Mika was cheerful and attentive, helping with recommendations and activity arrangements. Mr. Dario, the director, was friendly and personally committed to guests having a good stay. His welcoming presence really stood out. Tekoma is a peaceful gem with heartfelt hospitality and excellent service. Set right on the coast, it's surrounded by natural beauty and panoramic ocean views, a tranquil escape from everyday noise and stress. We can't wait to return!

I was charged a €170 cancellation fee after having to cancel my trip because the ongoing problems with Air Mauritius had lasted several days, and I couldn't be sure I could get home easily. Hotels at this level would normally waive fees in a situation like that, considering their brand image and customer loyalty. This charge wasn't worth the negative impression it left. Before that, I'd reserved a room at Constance Tekoma and tried to get answers to several questions. Replies took a long time and were inconsistent, so I got the impression they either couldn't or weren't willing to help with my requests. At €340 a night, I expected better customer service. The experience changed how I see the brand. I'd planned to book a Constance hotel on my next trip to the Seychelles, but now I'll choose somewhere else.
