White Oaks Villas

Le Skipper was a fabulous next-door restaurant, and Manisha made renting a car easy, arranging for it to be brought right to the villa. We were very happy with the Trou aux Biches location, with its beaches and Grand Baie, and White Oaks Villa felt like a home away from home. We'd definitely return to Mauritius. We had a great family holiday in the three-bedroom villa with my partner and three older teenagers. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and there was parking behind the villa. The closed resort had 24/7 security, a great pool and a nice shaded patio with an ocean view. The house and resort matched the photos, and in some ways were even better. It still felt private despite the nearby villas. Manisha patiently answered all our questions before the trip, and Reka's house cleaning felt luxurious.

We spent the 2025 festive season at White Oaks Villas as a family of ten, from teenagers to granny, and left very happy. It was a fantastic place, much better than we expected, since the photos don't do it justice. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. New Year's Eve at Troux aux Biches was the best we've had so far. Everything felt perfect. Manisha, the administrator, was brilliant, Sutton drove us so kindly and professionally, and Ryka, the valet, was an absolute gem.

I only wish we'd stayed more than four days. White Oaks Villas felt like home, with a view, and the team really cared about us. The private beach with direct ocean access was a highlight, and the lovely pool worked for both children and adults. The modern villas were fully equipped with a TV, dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, barbecue, oven and microwave. The beds felt like sleeping on clouds, and the bedrooms were ensuite. Daily cleaning kept everything spotless. Management were cooperative and arranged late checkout when they could. Rekha looked after our villa so well and replenished things like coffee capsules. Service was excellent from the start. Manisha, the new reservations manager, even helped arrange a surprise gift for my two friends celebrating their honeymoon. The team was available around the clock, and when I asked about a rental car, it arrived the next day at a fair price, with no fuss or rip-off.

We had an excellent, unforgettable stay, especially as a family. The staff were helpful and went the extra mile, with special thanks to Rika and Sutton. We loved the pool and the layout of villa no 4.
