The room was really comfortable, and the common areas were clean and well maintained. The food was excellent, with lots of variety each day, and the service was so kind and attentive. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. A special mention to Siyaan, who took us on the whale shark excursion. He was professional, attentive to us, and clearly cared about the environment and the animals. He made sure we had a great experience, and I really want to compliment him for that.

The house reef at Nova Maldives is magnificent, with a wide range of marine life, and the resort is a wonderful place to relax. The room cleaning was good, and bartender Chamoda deserves special praise for his professionalism. He makes excellent cocktails and is always happy to have a pleasant conversation. The SOUL KITCHEN menu isn’t especially extensive, but there’s always something to eat. At first, though, drink service there was a concern. Drinks and menus could take a long time, and sometimes requests for the menu were ignored. Even when an order was taken, drinks didn’t always arrive promptly, often showing up near the end of the meal. Clearing used plates from tables at SOUL KITCHEN also wasn’t efficient. Since the first part of this review was published, the general manager has taken active steps to improve service at SOUL KITCHEN. Things have improved dramatically: menus and drinks now come promptly, and there are no dirty dishes on the tables.

Thoo deserves a special thank you. She was outstanding throughout our stay, always available and attentive, and went above and beyond to get everything arranged. Her care and professionalism made a real difference. Our time at Nova Maldives was amazing from arrival to departure. Everything was well organized, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The island is beautiful and well maintained, with a good balance of activities and time to relax. The villas are spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful and exclusive. Food, service, and experiences were all excellent, and every detail felt carefully considered. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it for a memorable resort stay.

Our holiday at Nova Maldives was truly magical. The place was beautiful, with a lovely house reef, and the food was delicious. Drinks always tasted outstanding. Service in the restaurant and bar was exceptional, thanks to Jaleel, Vijay and their team.

A big part of our amazing stay at Nova Maldives was the warm, professional service from the staff from the moment we arrived. Thoo deserves a special thank you. She was incredible from day one, always attentive and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Her care made the stay even more memorable. The hospitality here is outstanding, highly recommend!
