The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of breakfast choices. The property is right beside the bikini beach, with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. When we had an early diving trip, they gave us a takeaway breakfast box. The Unwind team were kind and helpful from booking through to the end of our island stay. They arranged our speedboat transfer and met us at the Harbour. Our host Manoj was friendly and professional, always available when we needed something and happy to chat when we ran into him. One thing to know when booking in Dhigurah is that you can only dive with companies linked to the hotel. For Unwind, that's Dhigurah Divers. We had a great experience with them and would recommend them.

Our Maldives trip wouldn’t have felt the same without Unwind. The people there made it feel like joining a little family, and they were ready to help with anything from the moment we arrived. Everything was just right and they made the stay so memorable. We didn’t get to meet the owner, but I wish we could have told him to look after the team. What they’ve built is special and makes Unwind stand out from the island’s other hotels. Thank you, Manoj, Janaka, Abishek, Bimal, and Gangu. I especially grew close to Manoj and Janaka, since we spent more time with them. We’ll carry all those conversations with us. 🧡

We spent a lovely week at Unwind, and its seven rooms make it feel more like staying in someone’s home than a hotel. The service is personal, and the guys running the place are so nice. They’re always smiling and happy to bring whatever you ask for. The pool is small but spotless and refreshing, and the beach and several restaurants are only a few metres away. I’d recommend Unwind to couples looking for good service and value.

Manoj and the team were awesome, and we had an amazing stay. It seems like a good choice for a relaxing break, a honeymoon, or a family trip, even with babies. Just plan ahead if you want to do water activities or excursions. Best.

The staff were welcoming and the service was good. I also really liked Unwind Dhigurah’s distinctive design and concept. I think it opened around 2022, and it must have looked stunning then. The place has a lot going for it, though some parts now feel worn or neglected. It seems routine maintenance may have been missed. With more upkeep, the property could get back to its original charm. I still appreciated the hospitality and atmosphere, and hope management invests in the space because it has something special.
