Smoked served an outstanding meal, easily the best steak I’ve ever had, and room service was excellent throughout. Our room and the service were always well looked after, and we had no complaints about either. Nakshu, Song, Vishnu, and GP were especially kind and gave us excellent service, making the holiday memorable. The transfer booking was arranged incorrectly and brought extra costs, which made for an unfortunate start. Staff helped where they could. One staff member also made a few inappropriate comments that left us a little uncomfortable, though that was an isolated incident and didn’t reflect how professional and friendly the rest of the team were. I’d have liked more variety and more appealing choices for the evening snacks. Even with those issues, we had an amazing stay at Kandima and made memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for a beautiful holiday. The island views were beautiful, and I had a fantastic, relaxing time at Kandima Maldives. Our room was modern and comfortable, and Dhiraj Mandal did a great job cleaning it every day. It was always spotless. There was also plenty of tasty food to choose from. I was very satisfied with the stay and would highly recommend the resort.

The spa was extraordinary. I had a Balinese massage with Surya, and she’s the best! The resort is a great place for a vacation, and I appreciated that they were considering the constructive feedback I gave about the buses and similar things. I just wish there were adult areas, like bars or pools, to give us more options.

The food was wonderful every day, with varied meals prepared with care, and the restaurant team did a great job. We felt sincerely looked after by the warm, welcoming staff throughout our stay. Naahil deserves a special thank you for cleaning our room. He was so kind, attentive, and careful with the details, and always left everything spotless and comfortable. The resort was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, in a breathtaking location. Everything felt perfect from the start to the end. We’re grateful for this unforgettable stay, would recommend the hotel without hesitation, and can’t wait to return.

There were so many activities, and having lots of places to eat gave us choices we really enjoyed. It’s a great resort for families. The esKape spa was amazing too. I had the best massage, with the sound of waves reaching the shore and a breathtaking view. Surya was wonderful. I loved the hospitality, staff, and facilities, and I’ll come back.
