The food was one of the best parts of our five nights at Kinan Boutique. We ate the à la carte dinner there every evening, and each meal was fresh, well prepared, and genuinely delicious. The staff were warm, polite, and attentive, and often went out of their way to make things easier for us. The beach is right in front of the hotel, with trees along the shore that provide welcome natural shade, especially with a child. We were four adults and a four-year-old, staying in rooms 12 and 18. Both rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning, a ceiling ventilator over the bed, small balconies, and large, well-designed bathrooms. The showers had strong pressure and plenty of space. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a spacious lobby and an interior staircase connecting the floors. It gives the place a calm, elegant feel. We’d happily return and truly recommend Kinan Boutique.

The staff were incredibly nice, with hospitality on another level. Everything felt exceptionally clean: rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed every day, fresh beach towels provided, and staff kept the hotel floors clean. The island custom seems to be leaving shoes outside the entrance, which added to that clean feeling throughout. Our room had a sea view and was very close to shore, but away from the bikini beach area, so it was peaceful. We had an excellent stay at Kinan Boutique.

This new hotel has bright, clean rooms, and the balcony looks out over the sea. The water just across from it is great for snorkeling. Housekeeping cleaned the room each day. The showerhead was the one annoyance: it would tilt to strange angles on its own, so water could splash out of the shower area. Breakfast is at the older property. At the new one it’s mostly self-service, and staff were rarely around.

Kinan Boutique is a well-kept, modern hotel. The staff were attentive and took the initiative to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had a lovely time and would rate it 10 out of 10.

Hotel Manager Faisal, along with Juma and Maskey, deserve special thanks for their help and outstanding service. They made our stay at Kinan Hotels even better. We loved the room, the beautiful view, and how comfortable and well maintained everything was. The service was excellent, and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend it.
