The guesthouse was a great fit for the price, and from our first day we felt cared for. When I got sick during our three-night stay, Ali and his wife went out of their way to help: they took me to a doctor, checked in regularly, brought the medicine I needed, and showed real concern for my health. We’re very grateful to them and will remember their kindness for a long time. If you’re visiting Feridhoo Island, this is a very good option.

The location is great, and the help was good too. But the hosts didn't show much warmth or care toward their guests, so I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We visited in early March 2018, and the island was a highlight: a beautiful, long beach with canopies and sunbeds, a rich home reef, and relatively few tourists. There were four guesthouses then, with six more being built. If you stay on the island, I'd recommend this guesthouse. The guesthouse itself is quiet and sits beside the jungle. It has a cozy courtyard where we could sit with tea and a book in the evening. The rooms were recently built, nicely furnished, and fully equipped, with a large Art Nouveau-style shower room. Service was great: the rooms were cleaned daily, all towels replaced, and two bottles of water left each day. Breakfast was excellent, with tasty, generous portions. We had the Maldivian breakfast, and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We had a morning flight to Male at 10 am, so the speedboat departure was moved from 3 pm to 11 am. It cost 70 dollars per person one way.

The owner is a really nice guy and makes sure you enjoy your time here. Our room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, and the bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast works for vegans and vegetarians too. A really nice place on Feridhoo.

We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable, the staff were great, and we'd happily come back and recommend the place. One thing to know: being right by a very beautiful little jungle probably makes this the island's worst spot for mosquitoes. The guesthouse has done everything possible to help, and the rooms are completely safe. If mosquitoes are drawn to you or you're allergic, though, cover up and use spray when you're outside.
