The owner made everything easy, from arrival and departure to showing us around the island. He was so friendly, attentive, and helpful, and we felt very welcome. The local beach and bikini beach are both about a five-minute walk away. We loved snorkeling at the local beach reef and saw sharks, eagle rays, and lots of colorful fish. The island itself is beautiful. Our room was spotless, well equipped with a fridge and hairdryer, and had plenty of room to hang and store our things. The bed was extremely comfortable, and every night was peaceful. Breakfast was freshly made daily, with European or Maldivian options. We could also borrow snorkeling gear and fins, which was a real plus. We'd definitely stay here again.

The island's long, beautiful bikini beach was mostly empty, so there was plenty of quiet space to enjoy the clear water. And the rooms at Ayira Guesthouse were modern, spacious, very clean, and thoroughly cleaned every day. Amjad was a big part of why we had such a good stay. He was kind, attentive, and truly cared about making guests comfortable. When one of our ferries was unexpectedly canceled, he quickly found us an alternative speedboat at a fair price, which was a huge relief. He went above and beyond for us. Ayira was easily the best accommodation of our trip. It exceeded our expectations, and we'd return in a heartbeat. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Feridhoo.

We only wish we'd stayed longer at Ayira. It was such a memorable visit, and we'd love to return to this little slice of paradise and enjoy the Maldives' quaint beauty and the cultural experience of a gorgeous local island. We wholeheartedly recommend Ayira. Mr Amjad was kind and caring throughout. His genuine hospitality stood out from the start, and we felt his priority was making sure guests had the best possible time in Feridhoo, not making money from them. Everything was top notch, from the rooms and excursions to the delicious breakfasts. Thank you, and we hope to see you again 😊

Amyad and his family, who own the hotel, are lovely, friendly people. The location is on the edge of the island, with about the same walk to the local beach as to the bikini beach. The rooms are small and cozy, and everything is very clean and tidy. The details have been thought through, from the shower and dryers to the bedside tables and universal sockets. The food is great and very tasty. Just don't expect a buffet or a restaurant-style range of choices, that's not generally how the Maldives works. For that, go to a resort. One of the best guesthouses we've stayed at.
