For snorkeling, sea sports, or diving in the Maldives, this is a great place to stay, and the hotel is very good value for money. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If all you want is to relax and swim, you may be better off at a resort, though it can cost a lot more.

We booked through Agoda, but for three months neither I nor the Agoda managers could reach the guesthouse to confirm the transfer to the island. We got no replies to our questions, so we had to urgently book somewhere else. When we arrived on the island, we checked whether the guesthouse had closed. It looked open, but it sits at the edge of the village, almost in the jungle, and we didn't see anyone there. I don't recommend it. It seems the owner and manager don't care about their guests.
