The place has a surprisingly warm, relaxed feel for a hotel, and we had a wonderful holiday. Rooms, food, and people were all a solid 10/10. I can fully recommend it and will definitely be back. The medical service gets 9/10 from me. It would've been a 10, but the doctor insisted on not drinking beer while on duty. Rules are rules 😉 There was a nice Polish touch too: the restaurant manager helped arrange food for the reef sharks, which isn't an everyday experience. Best regards, and see you again.

I was able to get my PADI Open Water certification thanks to Martina, who shared her passion for diving with me. A huge thank you to her, and I hope to get the next level with you next year, Martina! The Jing chef, Atull, was wonderful, and the Spa team, Sina, Iluh, Juwita… were amazing. Thanks as well to Jay and to Palash for looking after our beautiful water villa. Halaveli was a little paradise, made special by its stunning setting and exceptionally skilled, kind, attentive staff. It felt like everything was designed to make our stay unforgettable.

What made the stay feel so special was how cared for we were. Every staff member knew our names from day one and made us feel welcome and seen. Their kindness and attention felt completely genuine. They even remembered little things we'd mentioned casually a day or two earlier and surprised us with them. It felt like magic. Our allergy and intolerance requests were handled with real care and professionalism, and the attention to detail with the food was incredible. The service was beyond what we'd imagined, and the staff were some of the friendliest, happiest, kindest, most attentive people I've met. This was easily the best holiday I've ever had. I fell in love with the place, the people, and the experience. It's not just a hotel, it's a feeling. I will recommend it forever and definitely return. It was the staff who made our stay memorable. Rasheed, Putu, Jay, and Rakesh were especially warm and attentive, and the villa was beautiful. The island itself is stunning, the food was delicious, and every need was promptly taken care of. Our stay was exceptional, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone after an unforgettable experience.
