The hotel is handy for the beach, less than a minute away, and there are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so finding food is easy. I was travelling alone, and the friendly staff greeted me every day. Their service was excellent and made the stay very comfortable.

A fantastic hotel for families, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. Ms. Kona Bharathi, the manager, was especially helpful. Thank you so much, we’d love to come back.

We booked at the last minute, and it turned out great. They were really accommodating, arranged transport to and from the marina, kept our surfboard cases, and served a terrific breakfast.

The staff were polite, especially Manas and the team, and our room was cleaned properly every day. Still, I’d look at other nearby hotels next time. The street and the hotel were basically a construction site, with loud work downstairs and next door every day, often late into the night. One night we complained because we couldn't sleep. The manager “assured” us the work would stop right away, but it started again 30 minutes later as if our complaint had been ignored. New hotels are also being built right beside this one, so construction noise carries on all day. They never told us about any of this. We arrived at the marina in 30-degree heat with heavy luggage and surfboards, expecting a pickup. We had emailed to confirm our arrival but never got a reply, so we had to find the hotel ourselves. Because of the construction, entry is through the back door, along a path with dirt and construction tools. The corridor is always humid and smelly. The shower had no hot water when we arrived, and they spent the morning fixing it inside our room. The shower is rusted and the bathroom is very small. If you surf, there isn't proper space for boards, just a small, dark storage room hidden away and filled with pipes and a water tank. Despite the name “Yuvi and Spa,” there's no spa at all.
