The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the hotel made it easy to arrange snorkeling and diving trips around Maafushi. Breakfast had enough variety, and the dining room had a relaxed feel. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed, working air conditioning, and a balcony with lovely views. Housekeeping kept it tidy throughout. Kaani Beach Hotel is right by the beach, with restaurants, shops, and island activities close by. It's a convenient spot with a relaxing island atmosphere, and I thought it was good value. I really enjoyed the stay and would gladly return on my next Maldives trip.

The service was excellent, and I had a direct view of the sea with the beach right outside. Mr. Anisur at breakfast made each morning special. He was always in a good mood, greeted everyone with a warm smile, and made the best tea. I'd happily come back!

We were looked after so well, and the service was incredible. Kadir, Isha, Hasaan, Try, Abdul Kareem and the rest of the team were amazing. It was my husband's birthday, and they decorated the bed and gave us a cake for free. I also bought a beach decoration package as a surprise for him, and it was breathtakingly beautiful. Our room had a lovely sea view, and room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. The location is great too, with the beach, shops, and excursion centers right nearby. Highly recommend it!

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower was pleasant. The staff were also very helpful, and breakfast was okay, though we missed fresh fruit. The pineapple came from a can. Beyond that, the reality didn't match what the Booking.com photos led us to expect. The room looked different from the pictures, and the beach beds were old and worn out. Construction debris was visible from our room, with building work going on all around the hotel and causing noise. Kaani Beach felt more like an annex than the main hotel, and the so-called bikini beach was tiny and overcrowded. At $150 a night, the value for money was way off. The photos on Booking.com seemed several years old and set expectations that weren't met, which was really disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaani Beach Hotel. The staff were lovely, always willing to help, and the food was fresh and delicious at every meal. You can tell they care about their guests. When it was time to go, they arranged a speedboat and carried our luggage from the room right to it, which made leaving easy and stress-free. A big thank you to “Tiger,” who was so friendly and supportive and kept checking that we were comfortable and happy. We'd absolutely recommend the hotel and will be back!
