Anisur arranged a beautiful candlelight dinner for us at Kaani Palm Beach. Everything was set up perfectly and felt romantic, and then he surprised us with a full photoshoot too 😂. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole stay was smooth and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had an amazing time and highly recommend it!

The team were welcoming and really friendly, and the clean, comfortable rooms and good breakfast with plenty of choices made for an excellent stay at Kaani Palm Beach Hotel in Maafushi. Ms. Imesha, Ms. Anjali, and Mr. Magic deserve special thanks for their warm smiles, helpfulness, and support. They made us feel at home. We're very happy with the stay, would recommend it to anyone visiting Maafushi, and hope to return.

The restaurant team were the best part of our stay. The waiters and waitresses were genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive, and made us feel valued. The food tasted good, but there wasn't much choice. Everything else at Kaani Palm Beach fell far short of what we expected from a hotel advertised as four-star. We waited nearly 30 minutes at the harbor before anyone came to collect us, which got things off to a bad start. Our room was only moderately clean, and it didn't feel like four- or five-star accommodation. There were basic things missing, including slippers and tissues. Guests get one bottle of water per person, and even watching TV costs extra. For a hotel claiming to be luxurious, that felt unacceptable. Reception was another problem. The staff didn't seem professional or well trained in guest service. We had to call multiple times for simple requests and often didn't get a proper response. The experience felt closer to a two-star hotel, and Kaani Palm Beach didn't meet its advertised standards.

The room was spacious, well laid out, and had great facilities that made my stay comfortable at Kaani Palm Beach. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Kadir helped me pick the best beach activities, and Esha arranged my transfer to another hotel. Their help really made a difference. I'd strongly recommend the hotel to anyone after comfort, good service, and a memorable stay.

The staff were efficient, warm, and courteous, and check-in was smooth. Someone met us at Male airport when we arrived and was on hand to help with the transfer. One of our rooms was on the 8th floor, with terrific views of the turquoise sea and the sometimes grey skies. There was a great range of food, too. We'd love to return to Kaani Palm Beach. The infinity pool is a nice touch.
