Rana made the villa feel like home. She was thoughtful, attentive, and always seemed to know what we needed before we asked. The villa itself was beautiful, peaceful, and well designed, and the whole team was warm and caring. Food was a highlight too. Chef Dika's dishes were creative, balanced, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Maria, the Food and Beverage Manager, welcomed us so warmly and did everything she could to make each meal go smoothly. The service throughout the resort felt polished without losing its friendliness. We saved COMO for the end of a stay split between two places, and the trip there set the tone. We were picked up in Malé and flew by seaplane as the only guests onboard, which made the journey feel private and seamless. This was calm, personal luxury, and an unforgettable way to finish our trip. Service, rooms and villas, restaurants and dining, and our overall experience all rated 5/5.

We were there as a couple for seven nights, and even without kids we had a perfect stay. There’s a kids club, and the other guests were all very polite and chic. Tai has an amazing view, while Madi has the greatest menu. Julia, our villa host, was the best at organizing everything. I also recommend trying the Indonesian massage at Como Shambala. All the girls working there were really, really great. One of the best experiences of my life. Everything was perfect.

The people are what made our stay at COMO Maalifushi stand out. Diah was warm, caring, and fun with our son, and we felt completely at ease leaving him in her loving hands. Naail, our butler, was kind and genuinely tried to take care of our wishes throughout the stay. We did feel the restaurant dining selection got a little limited after a few days. Chef Dika took that seriously and went out of his way to make personal dishes for us. They were thoughtful and delicious, and his creativity brought a lot of joy to our meals. There are still areas that could be better, especially room maintenance, housekeeping, being proactive, the food selection, and front-of-house service in the restaurant. Even so, the team's care made the stay wonderful.

It was as good as, maybe even better than, what you dream of. The resort is peaceful, especially outside school holidays, and the service is warm without being intrusive. The food is excellent. It’s expensive, but worth it.

The staff were warm and attentive, and the beautifully designed villas offered plenty of privacy and peace. COMO Maalifushi feels truly secluded, with breathtaking views all around and a private island for an even more complete escape. A perfect place to relax in luxury.
