Adaaran Select Meedhupparu

The Premium Beach Bungalow was a dream, with direct access to the beach. We had considered staying in the Water Villas, but didn’t feel we were missing anything. Only small complaint: in the tropical heat, slightly cooler shower water would’ve been nice. It’s hard to leave a place like Adaaran Select Meedhupparu, and we’re already talking about another visit. The peaceful island makes it easy to switch off, without the usual bustle of places like Mexico or the Dominican Republic. The lagoon and reef are beautiful and full of marine life, and the snorkeling was great. Food was excellent too, and we appreciated the visible attention to sustainability. The people made the stay especially memorable. Everyone was warm and attentive, and Keppi at the Pool Bar and Hassan at Café Mass deserve a special thank you. We felt appreciated throughout. Even getting personally guided from the seaplane to check-in, and later through the airport, showed the care put into the experience. A real wow of a holiday for us.

I came here for my first dive and left with my SSI Open Water Diver certification. I’d been afraid, but my instructor Daria was patient, professional, and supportive, and helped me work through it and complete the training. Huge thanks to her and the dive center for an unforgettable experience. The hotel was great, the dive center amazing, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in a water villa for seven days, and it really did feel like paradise. The resort was beautifully kept and thoughtfully laid out, with delicious food and excellent drinks. A few things cost extra even with the all-inclusive option, and I wish that had been made clearer in the description. You can step straight from the villa into the reef, among countless fish. The water can be shallow in places, though, so take care when getting in. By day we could see bats flying, and the island was full of lovely wildlife, including fish, crabs, lizards, and plenty of other fascinating creatures.

Snorkeling just off our balcony was a highlight, with vibrant marine life only steps away. The reef felt magical, and the sea views and pristine beaches made every part of our stay unforgettable at Adaaran Select Meedhupparu Prestige Water Villas. The staff were warm, attentive, and always did extra to make us feel special. Manoj, our butler, took such good care of us and made everything feel seamless and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was paradise.
