Relax Lodge

I loved the beautiful yard, clean rooms, and good breakfast, and spent a wonderful week here. The room had good air conditioning and a shower. Guests can use the laundry service, help themselves to coffee and tea, and get plenty of drinking water brought in each day. They also helped us with moving and the airport transfer. There are kittens living here, so please bring them food from the mainland. The staff were very friendly and helped me with everything. Special thanks to administrator Maahil. During low season we were the only guests. The one thing I found difficult was the hotel owners’ behavior, especially the women. They settled in the room next to ours even though the hotel was empty and they could have chosen any room. They chatted all day, played board games, and laughed very loudly, sometimes late into the night. It felt strange to have to put up with that from the people we were paying to stay there.

Narey was amazing and helped us with everything we needed during our five days at Relax Lodge. The other staff were kind and nice too, and we really enjoyed our time there. One thing that could be better is cleanliness around the building. They also said the room would be tidied daily, with towels changed or the bed made, but that didn’t happen. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but it’s better not to promise it if it won’t be done. I’d still recommend the place.

The spa was a highlight for me. I had a full-body massage, and the skilled masseuse and soothing atmosphere left me feeling refreshed. I also liked being able to eat outside with those picturesque views. The restaurant had plenty of choices, fresh ingredients, and nicely presented food. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a private balcony overlooking the wilderness. The lodge itself felt peaceful, surrounded by nature, and gave me a real break from everyday life. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff, from reception to the concierge, were friendly, helpful, and ready with answers or local suggestions. I had a fantastic stay at Relax Lodge two years ago, from arrival through checkout. The place and the people exceeded my expectations. It was a relaxing retreat, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind and recharge. I’m already thinking about another visit.
