La Solara Villa

The boss and accommodation staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We’re so grateful we got to stay here and will definitely come back. Shukuriyyaa!!!! There’s a small terrace for relaxing, and the accommodation is lovingly furnished. Breakfast has several choices, and the Maldivian one was my favourite. The quiet private beach section is about 300m away, with nearby reefs where you can relax and snorkel.

Sharka and Bushree made the trip special. Sharka met us after the transfer, took us to the villa, helped arrange excursions, and quickly answered all our questions. Bushree, our captain and a professional diver, did everything he could to help us see and swim with manta rays, nurse sharks, and the beautiful underwater world. He snorkeled alongside us and looked after us, so we felt safe. He also took great GoPro photos and videos. Thank you both so much! The villa was clean and cozy, with two huge beds in our room. Breakfasts were delicious, especially the Maldivian one, and all the staff were professional, friendly, and kind. We had an unforgettable snorkeling experience. Ukulhas and La solara villa are a great choice for a calm, safe stay, with restaurants, shops, white sand, and lovely snorkeling spots.

The rooms were extremely large, and the staff were the best, especially Sharka. She went above and beyond when one person in our group hurt her back and couldn’t walk. Sharka accompanied her on the more than two-hour boat trip to the Hospital in Male, then stayed with her there for two days and one night until her family arrived from Malaysia. She’s the best.

Jay, the hotel manager, and the rest of the staff took great care of us at La Palma Villa. It’s a lovely, cozy place, with a clean room and all the equipment we needed. I especially liked the long clothes hanger on the balcony for drying everything after diving. We tried the Manta point, daytime snorkeling, and night snorkeling trips, and they were all very good. I’d recommend staying here.
