We really enjoyed the island, with its clear water, white sandy beaches, and friendly local community. It's peaceful and well maintained, and lovely for swimming, snorkeling, relaxing, or just taking in the Maldives' natural beauty. The hotel helped us explore more with its excursions, and having a shop nearby was handy. At Olhumathi Inn, our room was clean and comfortable, with working air conditioning and good housekeeping. Breakfast had a nice selection, and it was convenient to eat at the indoor restaurant. The staff were welcoming and responsive from arrival through departure, always ready to help. We had a wonderful vacation and made great memories. Thanks to the whole team for the hospitality. We'd be happy to visit again.

Seafood is often freshly caught here, and it tastes incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The value for the price stood out, especially for the Maldives. For dinner, you can order crabs or prawns prepared just right at prices much lower than elsewhere on the island. The team will even make dishes that aren't listed on the menu if you order ahead. Olhumathi Inn's restaurant was one of the best dining experiences we had on the island. If you love seafood and want a memorable dinner without overpaying, I highly recommend it.

The island is still being developed, but it already has lovely places to walk and take photos, with real “Maldives vibes.” It was convenient to reach by a 1.5-hour boat ride from Malé, and there were plenty of cafés and shops nearby. The hotel made our trip feel like a special celebration for my friend's birthday. The team welcomed us warmly and carried our luggage to the room after the journey. Once they learned why we were visiting, they went the extra mile. They arranged a complimentary dinner for three on the beach at sunset, with magical lights, soft sand, and a breathtaking view. It felt like a dream. Great value for money, and we'll be back!

Breakfast on the second floor was simple, fresh, satisfying, and very good. The restaurant deserves a mention too: the burgers and other food were amazing, and our family of three ate well for $15-20, which is rare in the Maldives. Olhumathi Inn is very welcoming, and you can feel the hospitality as soon as you arrive. It's a great fit if reasonable prices, a beach close by, and a quiet atmosphere away from crowds matter more to you than fancy rooms. The rooms aren't as modern or luxurious as in some neighboring hotels, but they're almost twice cheaper, so the value is excellent. If you're after an authentic local island stay with good food and honest pricing, it's well worth it. PS: If you're coming with kids or older family members, ask for the first floor.
