The excursions arranged by the hotel were the highlight for us. Everything was well organized and felt safe and professional, yet magical. On snorkeling trips we saw reef sharks, nurse sharks, manta rays, and sea turtles, like something from a documentary. The food was delicious every day, fresh and full of flavor. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, warm, polite, and always smiling. You could tell they cared about their guests. The atmosphere, service, and experiences all exceeded expectations, and every detail just worked. This was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. If you're considering a stay on Ukulhas, book here. We can't recommend it highly enough and would return in a heartbeat.

The chicken curry here is the best on the island. Our waiter was very kind and wonderful. He was from Bangladesh and lived on the island, though I can't remember his name.

We ate here twice and enjoyed both the delicious food and the great service. The dhal and grilled fish were so good that we ordered them again. The grilled fish is a huge portion for two, so let the staff know if you're ordering for one. It costs $8.

The local reef is amazing; we saw turtles, reef sharks, and lots of fish. The hotel is perfectly located, one minute from the beach and three minutes from the beach on the other side. We spent five days here, a little slice of paradise. On arrival they moved us to a front room for a small extra fee. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. Special mention to Keos and Fahid. Highly recommend.

We had a survival dinner, and everything was top quality. Our waiter, Walter Jowel, was attentive and helpful. Incredible, I recommend it 100%!
