Abhay really stood out during my stay. He went out of his way to make things pleasant, and the staff in general were warm, welcoming, and helpful. One thing that could be better is the plug placement. To use the kettle, I had to set it up in a completely different part of the room, which was inconvenient.

The rooms are up to international standards, but that's about the only four-star point for me. The card entry system feels modern, yet it can take 10 minutes to get into a room. Even when the reader turns green, the door may not open. Some rooms are FAR from reception, so going back and forth to sort it out gets tiring and annoying.

The gym has a good space, though only one treadmill was working and it was very noisy. Some equipment needs repair, and new equipment would make the experience better. My room's internet wasn't good this time; after I reported it, management worked hard to restore the connection. It was fixed closer to my departure, but I appreciated the effort. The staff were ready and willing to help, the rooms were spacious and well equipped, and breakfast had a good variety, which worked well for a long stay. All in all, I had a good stay.
