Capital O Hotel Nikko

A good hotel.

The view was excellent and it was really quiet. The downside was our condo had quite a few bugs in the beds, like fleas, and we ended up covered in bites.

The security guard was the one bright spot, very kind and helpful. Otherwise, I had a bad experience. Staff were slow to respond to questions, sometimes only replying the next day, and sometimes not answering my calls at all. The reception desk was often empty, so getting help meant waiting for hours, if anyone helped at all. The facilities were badly neglected: peeling paint, cracked floors, a bad smell, and things falling apart, all for 1600 pesos. I didn’t like it.

PH1 is highly recommended. The place was clean and had a great view, though it felt a bit old to me. The air conditioning could be much better. The guards were more attentive than the other staff.
