The rooms were spacious and the place was very clean, with dishes and what you need to make a simple meal. There’s no parking, though, so you have to leave your car outside. Getting food takes some planning. Places to eat are a 15-minute drive away, and reaching them on foot means tackling a very steep street. Buy groceries ahead if you intend to cook. Nearby businesses also closed at 8 pm during our stay, so there was nowhere to get anything after that. The location is why I’m rating it this way. It feels too far from the beaches, and the area around it is dark and deserted at night. Ventilation also seemed poor: the living room air conditioning wasn’t working, and bedroom fans weren’t enough. Check this carefully if you’re going in summer.

Good internet and ventilation, and the owner was very friendly. The terrace is lovely, the facilities were clean, and there was everything we needed to relax. It’s close to the main avenues. There’s only one parking spot, but during our stay we saw nothing to suggest the area was unsafe and there were no incidents.

It’s a comfortable place to rest with a beautiful view, away from the center. The coastal road is 20 minutes away. Having a car is best, and renting one may be a better choice than taking a taxi, since the taxis are very expensive. If you don’t have a car, there’s a combi stop on the corner that goes to the center and Caleta Beach, as well as a taxi stand.

The house needs work, and the toilets keep clogging. The gentleman was very rude and didn’t follow the rules for the rooftop area.
