6/10
The house is spacious, with comfortable beds and a pool. But the dining set is old, with some rusty dishes, and there are only eight chairs despite the house being rented for ten. The interior feels dated and isn't well maintained. Beach access amounts to about 10 square meters of sand; for a proper beach, you need to walk to central Holbox or Playa Punta Cocos, about 17 minutes away. Overall, the service doesn't justify the price.

I'd definitely come back. It's a quiet place in a good location, with all the amenities. The house could use a little maintenance, but the issues seem fixable.
