The staff were friendly and the service was good. It was easy to walk to the beach and downtown, and they helped us rent bikes to explore. The WiFi was reliable for remote work too. Great experience.

They charged more than advertised, then charged us twice for the second half of the stay. At first they said they hadn’t done anything wrong and blamed my card. After I complained on booking.com, they suddenly said there had been a system error and reimbursed me. There are plenty of places on the island with nicer prices and customer service. I strongly suggest avoiding this place.

We had a wonderful family stay at Sirenas Caribbean, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We’d booked a small room with a double bed, which felt too small for three with our baby. The administration kindly upgraded us for free to a room with a king size bed, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for couples and families.

I had a wonderful five-night stay at Sireena Caribbean in Holbox. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and well maintained, with excellent service. Carlina deserves a special thanks for being so kind, helpful, attentive, and making us comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown and Punta Coco, one of the island’s most beautiful beaches. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

The staff were amazing, especially Cache, who was friendly and gave us lots of useful island tips. We spent three nights here and found the room clean and spacious. It wasn’t fancy, but it was great. The little hotel is in a perfect spot near both the beach and town, while still being peaceful.
