At first the place looks decent, but my stay was an absolute disgrace and ruined my Acapulco trip. They advertise it on booking as a hostel, yet apparently stop operating as one from friday to monday. The owners were rude and delusional. The pool was dirty, and when I asked the owner to clean it, he acted as if I’d asked him for money. They said I could leave my belongings there before my bus, but half an hour later they started calling to say they needed to go to the supermarket and I had to take everything away. They also kicked people out after check-out time. I’d already checked out of my room, but they wouldn’t let me eat breakfast in the kitchen. I can’t believe the place has such a high rating with service like that. I recommend staying away.

The view, air conditioner, and bathroom were all top notch. The shared kitchen was another story: the fridge was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, the mugs were in terrible shape, and there was no water for coffee, so we boiled tap water. Getting to the room meant climbing 93 steps. It was a nightmare, unsuitable for seniors, and we checked out one day early. It was also hard to find a taxi, and there were no restaurants around. If you’re young, have a car, and like delivery food, this may suit you. Otherwise, run away. By the way, the Google Maps promo pictures don’t show any stairs.

A good spot for a comfortable weekend, with a swimming pool, bar, and air conditioning. The location and service were great, and there’s parking for small cars.

We had such a great time and will definitely come back :) The bay views from the house were lovely, and the peaceful setting made it easy to unwind. We also enjoyed the pool and a delicious breakfast prepared with the well-equipped outdoor kitchen. The shower felt very modern, and we had a wonderful bath. Everyone who helped us was so kind, which we really appreciated.
