A nice, peaceful place.

We had 27 people together there for Christmas, and the house was excellent. The service was top-notch, and the view across the bay was beautiful. It's a great place to have a good time.
The view is nice, and it’s a pleasant place, but the room was extremely hot and hard to stay in. They need better air conditioning or fans, and the old, slightly rusty refrigerator should be replaced. The pool needs cleaning, too, and there should be somewhere to hang clothes since they don’t dry indoors and guests aren’t allowed to use the railings or chairs. It’s good, but there’s room to improve.
The property is very nice and fairly inexpensive, but it badly needs maintenance. The ravines are dirty, and the pool was filthy on all three of our visits. The so-called manager keeps restricting things, saying no to this and that, and he acts as if he owns the place. He leaves a lot to be desired in that role. They should replace him.
The photos on this page don’t seem to be from the Villas of Acapulco, though I can’t say where they came from. The place itself keeps getting worse year after year and is deteriorating more and more. At minimum, they should keep the basics in decent condition. The manager is terrible and rude, with no basic manners.
