The place itself is great, set in a quiet, relaxing area, with lots of pools and an incredible terrace that you can use even from the cheap camping area. The camping rooms aren’t especially nice, though. I hadn’t booked and ended up in a really unpleasant place for that night because of an emergency, but I got a good discount. I enjoyed it enough to stay two more nights than planned. Make sure you book the right room beforehand.

The view is lovely, but the property needs a lot of work. There are many cats, and you can smell their urine and feces. The rooms are in poor condition and have a strong damp smell.

The property is beautiful, but it’s neglected and badly maintained. It felt deserted, the pools were green and dirty, and the cabins were run-down. Even buying a day pass wasn’t worth it. I really hope they improve the place, but there are better choices in Acapulco. I can’t recommend it.

We booked a room, but when we arrived it was dirty, so we canceled, even though we were three hours late. It took them over 24 hours to sort out the problem, and the owner never showed his face. We’d been here years ago and it’s no longer the same, especially the service. If you can choose somewhere else in Acapulco, do that. A really bad experience.
