We had a memorable stay in this recently renovated hotel. It's clean and comfortable, with a great ocean view. The location is excellent, roughly in the middle of the bay. Natural rocks are visible inside the hotel and have been integrated nicely into the decor and design. Our room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and had an outstanding view. It included a full kitchen with all the utensils we needed, even a dishwasher. The pools were great for both children and adults, and the water temperature was just right. The restaurant has a fairly limited menu, and the coffee shop isn't open yet, though you can get coffee at the restaurant or bar. You can walk right onto the beach, which is free of rocks, stones, and algae, and good for swimming and kids. In high season, though, it gets very crowded, and public restaurants set up removable tables on the beach in front of the hotel. You can rent life vests and easily swim out to the nearby rocks, less than 100 meters away. The beach also has water activities like jet skis, kayaking, and boat rides. A great hotel in a great location.

The property has been completely renovated, and it made for a very nice stay. It's right on the beach with beautiful views, and the staff are extremely friendly. The new pools are clean, well staffed for food and drinks, and there are great amenities, including an excellent gym and spa. This will be my go-to in Acapulco.

The pools were clean and fun, the hotel looks really nice, and our renovated room was a plus. I stayed six nights and enjoyed the visit, though the service details need work. We had to call twice for amenities and again for toilet paper, and our towels were never replaced. I work in resort service in Southern California as a regional director, and those small things are what distinguish a good resort from an outstanding one.

The rooms were clean, and the staff's response to my grandmother's pain really stood out. I asked at the front desk whether they could lend us a wheelchair for the rest of the trip. They said they'd call back about whether it was possible, then someone knocked at our room with a wheelchair. I was so impressed by the customer service that I'm planning another trip and will stay here again. Food is a little pricey compared with places nearby.
