Punto Lofts Periférico Sur

The young man who welcomed us was very friendly and attentive. It’s a small place, but clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. So far, everything’s been fine. It seems like an ideal place to sleep and nothing more, and I think we’ll have a positive stay.

Today at 6:25 PM, when we arrived, Ms. Verónica at reception treated my family and me poorly. My wife had commented on Ms. Verónica’s bad attitude, and that’s when the mistreatment started. It’s strange given the positive reviews. My four-year-old daughter is with us, and this treatment has left us feeling violated and unsafe. We’ve already paid for the nights, so I can’t change accommodations. I asked to speak to someone who could resolve the problem, but no one has given us the information we need. We’re at the mercy of the receptionist. If anything happens to me, my family, or our belongings, including my vehicle, during this stay, I hold Ms. Verónica, the Punto Lofts Periférico Sur business group, and Airbnb responsible. Ms. Verónica clearly isn’t acting in a professional capacity.

This was my first stay here, and I liked how the apartment is laid out. The bedroom is separate from the living area by the entrance, where the TV is, and there’s also a small dining area with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. It’s a very comfortable little apartment, with tasteful decor and good cleanliness. The helpful service made it feel like home. It’s a great location if you want to stay in the south of the city, close to CU (Ciudad Universitaria), Perisur, and other places. Patio Pedregal is nearby too, a small shopping center with a cafe, restaurants, and a Walmart. Great concept and excellent service.

Parking is the drawback: there are only around eight spaces, and the lot is so tight that cars have to park one behind another. Still, the room was excellent, and the location worked well, with restaurants and shopping centers nearby. A great place to stay for up to a week.
